Jessica holds a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Intercultural Studies at CIU. She played and coached soccer both collegiately and internationally for two decades. She and her husband, Frank, are cofounders of the nonprofit Fulcrum Center. She is a licensed CoreClarity facilitator and has been involved in various prayer and intercession ministries since 2006. They reside in North Carolina with their four precious children.
Stephen is Vice President of Engineering at Simplecast, a modern independent podcast management platform. He has over 14 years of experience working with internet startups and has helped build and design websites for Autodesk, Creative Market, MediaTemple, Virb, and PureVolume. Stephen is passionate about using his skills to help ministries thrive through the use of technology. He and his wife, Julie, live in Albany, New York with their four children.
Since 1995 Jim has been involved in cross-cultural Christian mission work. He has an MDiv in Christianity and Contemporary Culture from Trinity Evangelical University. His family of six served in Ukraine with The Navigators, pioneering evangelism and discipling movements. In 2004, Jim transitioned to serve with ReachGlobal as a church planter, mentor, and coach of the emerging leaders of indigenous churches. He served on ReachGlobal’s Europe Division Leadership Team from 2008-2021 and currently leads the Marginal Mission Network, a remote team of mission workers serving marginalized people and communities to break down barriers to participation in the Church. Jim and his wife, Liz, currently reside at “The Mill Pond” in central Virginia, which they hope to develop into a missional community.
Matt is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs working in Fixed Income Sales within the Securities Division covering asset managers and hedge funds across foreign exchange, interest rate and credit products with a focus on Emerging Markets. Matt joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 and prior to that earned a BSM in Finance and Masters of Accounting from Tulane University. Matt lives in Connecticut with his wife Brittany and four children.
